VeganMania does not currently have a storefront or retail space you can visit. When that day arrives, you will hear trumpets and bells the world over.
All our baking for the Farmers Market is done in a completely vegan home kitchen (just like Mom used to!) with special permission from the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. Other orders are prepared in an industrial commercial kitchen space that we sublet on an as-needed basis. As we are just starting out, this is the best way for us to keep our overhead low. If you'd like to see a day when VeganMania opens it's own shop, be sure to keep showing us your support by making orders and visiting us on market days!
What if I Have Special Requests and/or Dietary Requirements?
VeganMania's baker is more than happy to try and cater to your special dietary needs. Need a whole birthday cake or pie? How about a bunch of luscious cupcakes or tarts? Are you wheat-free? Diabetic? Gluten-free? Soy-free? Send an email to bakery@veganmania.com to let us know what you need and when, and we'll work with you to create a special treat that you'll never forget!
Do You Use Completely Organic/Fair Trade/Locally Sourced Ingredients?
VeganMania is committed to not only bringing you goodies free of animal products but also goods made from ingredients that are organic, fair trade, and locally sourced wherever possible. If you check the ingredient listings on each item we offer you can see that we strive to make sure each treat adheres to our principles and ethics as much as we can. Unfortunately, the logistics of trade and commerce and the expense of specific organic/fair trade ingredients (like nuts) can be extremely cost-prohibitive, so it is impossible for us to guarantee that all our goods are as perfect as we'd like them to be. If you have suggestions on where we can source affordable ethical ingredients we'd love to hear about it! Drop us a line at bakery@veganmania.com

Not at this time. Our baker is currently taking classes in order to improve upon her fancy-schmancy cake decorating skills and hopes to have some photographs of her work available for viewing towards the end of 2007. Keep checking back for exciting updates!

VeganMania goodies make a wonderful gift for that special vegan you know. Whether that person is your boss, co-worker, a friend, lover, or your favourite vegan auntie, everyone loves gourmet cookies and other treats. Can I Make An Order for Local Delivery?
VeganMania is happy to deliver your order within the Greater Vancouver Regional District. This includes (but may not be limited to) the following areas:
Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Langley, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, and Richmond. We can deliver to businesses or private residences.
Local delivery of our goodies is subject to a $20.00 minimum order, and an additional delivery charge based on the delivery location. This charge can vary from $5.00 to $25.00 depending on distance we must travel, and time of day you require the delivery to be made, since we all know what a nightmare rush hour can be in this town. To determine your total you must email bakery@veganmania.com prior to ordering.
VeganMania requires a minimum 72 hours notice on an order to be delivered locally. For instance if you wish to have your goodies delivered at 5pm on a Friday, you must place your order by 5pm on the Tuesday prior.

Can I Make Farmer's Market Pre-Orders?
VeganMania appreciates your pre-orders very much. Not only are pre-orders a great way to make sure you don't miss out on your favourite vegan goodies at the market, pre-ordering your goods means there is less chance of wasted product, which keeps our costs low.
To make a pre-order, you must order a minimum of $20.00 worth of goods at least 48 hours in advance of pick-up. That means if you wish to pick up a pre-order from Saturday's market, VeganMania must have it by 9:00 am the previous Thursday.

We are so excited to finally say YES to this question! Shipping is currently only available to addresses located within Canada. Please note that there is a minimum $20.00 order to qualify for shipping. VeganMania no longer ships to the US.
Please note I am no longer shipping anything other than the cookies and dessert bars (brownie, spelt toffee nut and baklava). Unfortunately, cakes and savouries don't hold up to shipping.
All items are frozen prior to shipping. This helps prolong freshness. Goods are shipped within 48 hours of your order being made unless noted otherwise. Packages shipped within Canada will arrive in 5 business days or less. Speedier service is available at a much higher shipping rate. Alternative shipping arrangements must be made prior to ordering by emailing bakery@veganmania.com
When you receive your package from VeganMania you will be pleased to find your goods are protected from all the bumps and thumps of the regular shipping process using totally recycleable and biodegradable goods Ð no Styrofoam or bubblewrap here! Just clean newspaper and fresh, fluffy, REAL popcorn. (Don't eat it, though!) Please do Mother Nature a favour and compost, recycle or find a way to reuse the packing materials you receive your goodies in.
Please note: Insurance is NOT included on your shipped package unless you specifically request and pay for it. That means once the package leaves our hands and enters the realm of the postal system, it is no longer our responsibility. It can cost several dollars more to pay for the insurance it takes to get a tracking number and insurance. Please email us prior to making your order if this is an option you wish to explore. VeganMania does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen uninsured packages.
While we make every effort to ensure our goodies are packed tightly, neatly and soundly, it is inevitable that some breakage may occur. It is also very possible that in the summer months, some items will be subject to high temperatures during shipping that can cause melting. VeganMania does not accept responsibility for any breakage or melting of goodies during shipping.

Can VeganMania Goodies be Frozen?
All of our goodies freeze beautifully! If you've purchased them from us at the market make sure they are in a single layer or packed between layers of waxed paper or parchment paper, and put them in an airtight container. They will keep this way for at least six months Ð if they last that long! If you've ordered them online and they've arrived in their own plastic packages you can just put them in your freezer right away. Goodies will thaw within a few hours in your fridge or on your counter. For a special treat, try warming them gently in your oven, toaster oven, or microwave just before eating.
Can We Offer Your Goodies via Retail, Resale, or Wholesale?
